What is Project Excel?

"Project Excel" was launched with the aim of identifying and resolving the hurdles that impede the trial user experience in IBM's Cloud Paks, covering various stages of the user journey such as discover, learn, register, get started, first use, and buy. Our team was assigned the responsibility of creating a map for the current user journey in the "Discover, learn, try, and demo" phases of the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation webpage.
